I want to take this opportunity to sent a heartfelt thank you, for one of the most unexpected and
thoughtful act of kindness that I have ever experienced-from any one; let alone someone I had met just briefly.
The e-mail below proves the incredible customer service that Dianne displayed when booking my reservations on July 17th.
She actually cared!!!
AND THEN-when I opened my door on Wed. july 25th and was handed the 6 beautiful and perfectly laminated book marks of my Mom’s Obituary, I was blown away.
It really brought tears to my eyes!! Dianne-was it a coincidence that there was 6 book marks and Mom had 6 daughters; or did I tell you that???
I couldn’t believe a stranger could be so thoughtful & kind….
I stayed at the Ramada a week, so I had interaction with lots of employees. I have to tell you, in this world of indifference, nearly all the employees where friendly
and as helpful as they could. Almost everyone of them sincerely greeted me when I was walking down those long hallways!!
I appreciate the challenges they face daily, working at a hotel that is pretty “tired” and needs a major remodel..
Yes, I noticed some improvements since the last time I stayed in Oct. ’17., but-the whole hotel needs gutted and remodeled.
The security guard on Sat. morning at 5:30 a.m., during the fire alarm fiasco did his very best dealing with the guests.
Breakfast was great every morning and staff where always friendly and helpful. I like eating in a real restaurant, instead of a Hotel lobby…
Toni- Your front desk people did a great job..On my last day I sat in the lobby around the corner, for a couple of hours, and I heard
to the check in conversations all afternoon. I didn’t hear 1 negative conversation all afternoon long.
